I also recently had LaneScapes weed my flowerbeds, remove poison oak and some vines from a tree, create a mulch bed to include a group of trees and shrubs, and remove some tree trunks.  Chris Lane (owner) came out and walked around the yard with me as I told him what I wanted done, and he then sent me an estimate (very fair) the next day.  I accepted, and the work was complete within 2 weeks. The bare areas you could see that they went over multiple time and put down extra seed where needed. You could tell that some areas were done by hand.
