Curbside Leaf Pickup

Yes and No. Most of the time we can accommodate specific scheduling requests. However, due to weather, availability, and equipment restrictions, we cannot guarantee a day or specific time for your service. If there is a delay in your scheduled day, we will always email, call, or text to inform you of the delay. We only schedule curbside leaf removal Monday-Friday. 

Absolutely, We will try our hardest to accommodate specific scheduling request. But we do have limitations (daylight, truck capacity, quantity of trucks, and weather). Let us know when you would prefer to have the leaves sucked up, and we will confirm a date with you!

Yes, our commercial leaf vacuums are powerful and loud. Most leaf pickup services are rather quick, so any noise disturbance should be relatively temporary.

Yes and no. Our leaf vacuum is designed to cut and shred the leaves into smaller pieces. When the leaves are dry and humidity is low, this can create leaf dust surrounding the leaf vacuum equipment. We try our hardest to remove all leaves and dust created by the vacuum, but some small debris may be left behind.

We will not drive our vehicles off a main road, street, or driveway to access leaf piles. We can drive our vehicle on well-maintained gravel driveways/roads.

Leaf piles should be directly on or along the curb of the road/driveway. Our leaf vacuum hose can reach approximately 5' inward from the edge of the curb/driveway.

Both are acceptable. One large leaf pile will make for a cleaner pickup. We can park the vehicle and the driver and operator can work together to suck up the leaves. Multiple long/narrow piles (if directly on the curb) may result in additional leaf blowing/raking to remove leftover debris from the vacuumed areas.

Our truck drivers use cloud-based routing software directly tied to scheduling and billing. We use before and after time-stamped pictures, along with clock-in/clock-out times, along with vehicle GPS to verify time spent on your service.

Not at all! Just like your normal trash pickup, simply pile your leaves at the curb and let us know you are ready for a pickup. We will dispatch a truck to your property and get started right away. Our drivers do not accept payments. You will be charged via credit card the following day.

We require a credit card be kept on file prior to dispatching the service. We do not accept check, cash, or app payments for curbside leaf pickup.

No. Our leaf vacuum is designed to remove leaves and very small twigs and shrub trimmings. The vacuum is powerful enough to suck up pumpkins, toys, rocks, sticks, branches, and anything else in its way but it will cause damage to the machine. If any items like these are in the machine, it can get stuck in the vacuum hose or impeller- the time clock will continue (you will be charged per man-minute) as we work to dislodge or remove any foreign objects.

Yes, and this is common with our clients. You can schedule a one-time curbside leaf pickup, weekly curbside leaf removal, or anything in-between!

When our dump truck is at full capacity, we dump our leaves at a private business that uses the recycled leaves to make organic leaf compost.

*The time varies depending on your lawn size, the amount of trees, dry vs. wet leaves, pine needles or debris, and other factors. We cannot give you an estimated time needed for curbside leaf pickup!

Last year, our fastest pickup was 16 minutes. Our longest pickup was 219 minutes.

Last year, we averaged 85 man-minutes over all of our curbside pickups.

Yes, If you organize a group leaf removal for you and your neighbors, AND you pay for the entire curbside leaf removal service, then there would only be one dump/haul fee (you would be responsible for getting funds from your neighbors).

If each neighbor is billed separately, then the fixed dump/haul fee would apply to each neighbor and yourself as we treat each property as an individual visit.
