First- Soil Test
We start by pulling multiple soil samples from around your lawn and send to a qualified lab. This helps us determine what type of soil/compost to use.
Second- Aerate or Dethatch
Aerating the soil allows the compost and nutrients to travel deeper into the soil. Thus improving soil composition and decreasing compaction for deeper denser root systems.
Third- Topdressing
We have tested different types of topdressing equipment and found spinner-style topdressers to be the most efficient, most uniform, and fastest method of topdressing lawns in Maryland.
